Welcome to the ASIC Store. We provide the ASIC Store to you subject to the following terms of use (the “Site Terms”). By visiting the ASIC Store, you accept the Site Terms and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Site Terms, you must not use the ASIC Store. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Intellect and Energy Company Limited and shall be governed by and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, and each of the parties hereby consents to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

Rules of Use

You agree to use the ASIC Store only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the ASIC Store. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the ASIC Store.
