We are looking for finished and partially finished mining farms and data centers. We assess equipment, infrastructure, power connection and location. We buy the whole site or individual blocks.

Farm owners who want to convert to AI

We rebuild existing mining sites for AI workloads: cooling, power, racks, network and compute hardware. We keep whatever can be reused and bring the facility up to the requirements of modern GPU clusters.

Those who want to build an AI data center from scratch

Greenfield projects from 5 MW and up. We take on land and power sourcing, permits, design, construction, commissioning and equipment supply.

Investors

We accept investment into the construction and development of AI data centers. We work on a build-to-suit model, joint venture (JV) co-investment, or a "find and de-risk" mandate.

We build turnkey AI data centers

To your specification or to our design. From a small site to 50–100+ MW facilities.

We consult and run analysis

Assessment of your current farm or land plot, economics modelling, power and permit verification, comparison of retrofit versus new build. Provided as a paid engagement.

Typical time to first power on a greenfield project is about 9 months after power and permits are secured. Retrofitting an existing farm is usually faster.
